This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website and use the contact form, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the site, the web server automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, the browser and operating system, and the referrer URL. This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). I have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS. The log data is deleted after a short period by the hoster.
3. Contact form and email
If you send me a message through the contact form or by email, I process the details you provide (name, email address, message) to answer your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with and no legal retention duties apply. The form data is sent to me by email and is not passed on to third parties.
4. Fonts, cookies and tracking
The fonts used on this website are stored on the same server. Your browser does not connect to Google or other font providers. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
5. Links to other websites
This website links to the websites of my clients and projects. When you follow a link, the privacy policy of the respective website applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, please email me.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Postfach 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de.
